The location of the hotel was great. We were able to enjoy the beach without having to walk too far. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The New Year's Eve party was a blast! We loved the live music and dancing. The fireworks display was the cherry on the cake.
The food was just okay. There wasn't much variety and the quality could have been better.

The view from our room was fantastic, overlooking the water. Another pleasant surprise was the rooftop restaurant which had a wide range of food options. The location being close to the downtown area was also a bonus point.
Sadly, our room wasn’t cleaned well, and the bathroom had a pungent smell that we couldn’t stand. The staff was unhelpful, and we faced issues trying to get a room different from the one we were assigned. And, there were bugs in our room that kept us up at night. It was not the relaxing stay we had hoped for.

The hotel provided complementary water and coffee which was much appreciated. The location was great with easy access to main attractions and public transportation. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating making us feel welcomed and comfortable during our stay.
Furthermore, the beach was not as enjoyable due to the high number of stones on the beach. The reception staff were not always helpful and sometimes appeared to be rude.
